Updated review: CAUTION: They are not a cleaning company. They are the "Uber" of cleaning services - a technology company! They pay for their own cleaning supplies! SHE HAD NO VACUUM AND HAD TO USE OURS!! WTF?! Our (single) cleaning pro arrived. We expect a two person crew! She's polite and does a decent job, but not excellent or as good as I would do. Long Story short, she went waaaay past her time, didn't finish the job and me and my lady started helping by vacuuming, dusting, and even cleaning one of the three bathrooms ourselves. I felt bad as the poor lady felt horrible as you can imagine. We even paid extra for her to clean the fridge and she ran out of time!!! I don't entirely blame her but I do blame Handy. What a horrible position to put your employees in. She was going to call and request we got our money back but then I stopped her and asked if she would get paid at all and she said probably not - I didn't think that was fair to her. Bottom line, I will never use Handy again. Better off hiring a local cleaning crew.
