I have nothing else to compare them to but my experience with them has been all positive. They make the pain of taking a toddler to weekly swim lessons not a pain. The whole system is so convenient. You can schedule everything and pay online. If you prefer, you can easily call them to change a class. They also automatically charge you every month and email a receipt. You hardly have to do anything. Every staff member has been positive and cheery. The swim coaches are young but trained to be very enthusiastic and give great positive feedback. It is crowded with so many kids and parents there, but they are able to stay extremely organized with the multiple classes going on simultaneously. They also start and end each class on time every time. I'm very impressed with it all. My toddler is also finally enjoying her lessons now instead of crying like in the first few classes.
