Foods great; service sucks.
We placed our order around 6:30pm. Our appetizer came out quickly, more patrons entered, ordered, ate...and yet we were still waiting on our entrees. Waiter came by with the roti we ordered and noticed we still didn't have our food. He left the bread with us and left, and we waited approximately 20 more minutes until I finally asked how much longer it would be.
Apparently our order ticket fell to the floor and they never made our food. Got an apology and eventually our food. Our table was practically ignored as we had to wait another 10 minutes for our check even after we asked for a to go box which normally means "hey, we're done"
We finally got the check and there was no compensation for the hour wait for our food.
I work as concierge on the strip, I have a degree in hospitality management, I send guests to this restaurant when they ask for this particular cuisine, but I'm extremely disappointed with my second visit.
Step up your service, guys.
