One word. RUN! This was probably the worst experience I've ever had going to a restaurant. I am new to reviewing places but me and my gf have been to literally thousands of restaurants around the country.
I had a chilidog, which came out 35 minutes after I ordered it. It looked like a shriveled up sausage you overcooked in the microwave. I took one bite and spit it out. After telling our server, she took it away and didn't come back for a while. She returned with a comment card, saying that, sorry I was told I can't discount the bill but here is this comment card for you. Upon asking to talk to a manager, she left again and again left for a what seemed like a long time. At this point I've been at this place over an hour and there was one other table in the whole place. Finally the owner came out and basically got in my face. It was almost comical. This guy actually argued with me and told me my concerns were "my opinion", and rambled on and on about why he didn't discount my food or came over but had the server bring a comment card. He was rude, unprofessional and it was obvious that he is the last person that should ever be in any kind of hospitality service. Finally after I basically looked at him in a way where he knew I was getting real mad, he insisted, in a very angry tone that we don't pay for our bill. We got up and left. What a clown this guy is, I would never come back for any chance that I would ever see his face again.
