My wife and I moved here 5 months ago from the midwest, and one of the best parts of living down here is CrossFit SouthEnd. The coaches created a culture that pushes people to get better while at the same time making everyone feel welcome. Everyone from competitive athletes to everyday people that just want to maintain a healthy lifestyle fit in here. All the members are friendly and the atmosphere makes me look forward to working at the end of the day. I highly reccommend checking this place out if you are interested in pushing yourself in a supportive and motivational setting.
