Today was my first time getting a tan and as per usual going into something blind you kind of need guidance, as soon as I walked in the girls did not welcome me what so ever, no eye contact as they rudely asked me 'LAST NAME' just staring at the computer screen then I had let them know I wanted to sign up today and it's my first time, & automatically the girl that was at the desk just started sales pitching me about products.. which I know this is just regular business, but if I turned something down both girls (felisha & another girl with glasses) would rudely look at me, then they asked me how dark and what tone I wanted to be & I asked for the girls opinion and neither of them answered so I just winged it, then they asked me if I want just a little bit of color or dark, & I kindly pointed out Felisha's tan and complemented it and they were just down right mean to me, gave me no advice hardly, they just wanted me out cause I didn't buy product, then a guy walked in after I got my tan and they were all smiles and giggles and being so kind to him, then I patiently waited to ask how long I should leave it on then felisha said no longer then 8 hours and quickly turned away like she got so annoyed to answer my question.... I walked out so embarrassed and uncomfortable while saying "okay thank you bye have a nice day" & they said nothing to me.... it's just odd to me cause I've worked in the service industry for 5 years doing hair... I would never be like that to anyone.... hope my tan comes out good though lol
