Stayed here because there was a block of rooms for a wedding. Can't say I loved it. First of all the hotel is old. That's fine but the elevators are small and kind of claustrophobic. Gym is small. Two treadmills, a bike, an elliptical, bike and some weights. Free breakfast is ok. You get what you pay for basically. There were some eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels and other continental choices.
My room (506) was right near the elevator and ice machine. So noisy all night long. Also the noise from the streets and hallway can be heard through the walls. Someone also smoked the entire time on my floor and I complained however it continued. The room had small bugs and a shower drain/plug that didn't work. The hotel has a lot of nearby restaurants, bars and diners but be careful when you walk as there are a lot of panhandlers who come right up and follow you asking for money. Parking is valet or a parking garage that you pay to park in. Don't think I'd go back. The only thing that wowed me was the personality of the employees.
