The worst experience EVER! Mostly the staff at the hotel were really rude - the exceptions were Kathryn at the front desk, Sarah in security and a nice bartender named Kevin.
Rude bartenders and rude management! Not only that, someone called my room at 7am posing as the general manager of Fiesta asking for my credit card info... Found out later it was a scam and my card had 2 unauthorized charges listed as "inmate payments" of approximately $400 total. The manager was very indifferent when I reported it to the front desk and basically said he couldn't do anything about it- I would have to contact security. I asked him if he could have security send someone to talk with us- he did but reluctantly.
If I could give 0 stars I would - the rooms were old and dingy with absolutely NO amenities.
Terrible - I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! There are nicer places that know what true customer service is- go there instead.
