If I could give this place no stars I would. I had booked this reservation online and at a reasonable price so I was initially quite pleased. After I arrived to the rental car location, there was a long line of probably 50 people waiting for a car. I stood in line and after about 5 minutes an agent came to me asking if I had a reservation, which I did. He told me that it would be several hours until they had any cars available and I could either wait like the other people or come back tomorrow. I asked him if this was even for people with a reservation. He said yes and you can come back tomorrow, then abruptly turned and walked away. I was so upset! How would I get anywhere at 12am with no ride??? I ended up going to another rental car agency and paid three times the amount of what I should have paid with Dollar. I will never book with Dollar again.
