Just poor customer service. 2 hour wait times only to be disconnected. I would put zero starts if I could. My monthly bill double for no reason and when i moved I wasn't able to log into my account. Horrible customer service that can drive you mad if you really need to talk to someone who knows what they are doing. With only 2 options what can you do?
