I called ahead to see if they did SNS ombré and they told me yes, I get there and they have no clue how to do Ombré. My nail tech was a man named John! He refused to do my nails and buff them out for me!!! His skills were lacking and he told me he had never done ombré. He told me he could not do glitter on my nails because he didnt know how! This was a horrible nail experience and I am now stuck with half done nails!! don't ever go to this place, they don't know what they are doing! This is how my nails looked when I was asked "impolitely" to leave! The nail tech lacked confidence and stated several times that this was his first time doing this, which is unacceptable because I called ahead to make sure there was a tech that was knowledgeable about doing SNS ombré correctly!
