Overpriced. arrogant, rude and not very concerned about CANADIAN CUSTOMERS. If they don't have the means to provide service and reasonable prices to Canadians, then close your Canadian stores and get out of the country! WHY should anyone have to pay an extra 20% surcharge because your company fails to stock items here in Canada? FURTHER, I'm shopping in a store that is LOCATED IN CANADA, and yet if I place any order, I have to pay the 20% surcharge PLUS convert the total into US DOLLARS!!! And then, to add insult to injury, they want to charge 13% HST on TOP of those prices, and even the Canadian HST that is collected is ALSO converted to US DOLLARS!!!! This is ridiculous indeed!
