Cut is as good as it gets! I have been here several times since moving to Vegas and the Washington Filet Mignon tops just about any other steak I have ever tried. Located in the middle of the Palazzo hotel, the ambience is very classy and upscale. They take reservations which is nice. The pretzel bread they start you off with is incredible. All of the sides that I ordered were absolutely delicious. I ordered mac and cheese (top 5 I have ever tried), asparagus, squash and the steak tar tar (which was all time). My filet was around 50 dollars which is pretty standard for an upscale steakhouse but it is definitely on the pricier end of restaurants, as with appetizers, drinks and the main course, you can easily spend $150 a person. I look forward to returning to Cut in the near future!
