We have not really been happy with the service since day 1. They tend to show up for about 20 minutes each service. We have service every 2 weeks, back and front, so I am not sure how they think this is enough time. When we can we stay home for the service. They ring the bell each time as ask if there is anything special we need done, and since it is not pruning time we tell them nothing unusual, please just remove all of the weeds as well as blow the yard and remove the debris. This is NEVER done. I finally complained to the people on site and they said they will pick more up. The following services were no better so my wife called (and emailed pictures) and the owner said he would talk to the crew. We were expecting a call back and it never came. I called and told them we shouldn't pay for the service, especially since they didn't come back to redo the service or call back to reschedule. The guy said they don't offer refunds, the weeds aren't as big as they appear in the picture (really? they are next to objects that give a good indication of the size), but he is willing to come and discuss the yard with me, and that they will address any deficiencies in the service. Um, why should I pay for non-service. I just told him to cancel my service. I will post a couple of pictures of what was in my yard 1 hour after service.
