A rarity in today's world: a company who does what it says. I called in for service on my garage door openers made by Genie. Nigel took the call, actually scheduled the service for about two hours later, and reminded me of their policy of not charging for the service call until the tech determines what needs to be done, if anything. In my case, there was no solution to my problem, although Korey, their tech took the time to check out the operation of the garage doors along with the remotes. The bottom line: no charge for the visit!! Now, I know why they have 5 starts....they're reputable!! Although I could not do business with them this time, they will be my garage door company for life!! Kudos to Nigel, Korey, and their ownership for creating a great business model.
