Flowers were NOT Delivered but i still paid $114.50 and they will not refund me the money. I've called 6 times and five of those times the manager wasn't there or was in a "Meeting." Each time I asked for a call back and was only called back once and it was several days later. I live in AZ and am from Sewickley and a good family friend passed away. I sent flowers to his memorial and asked several of the family members to send me photos of the flowers. They could not find them and said there were about 10 flower arrangements at the memorial. The manager, Juliana, is dodging my calls and refusing to give me a full refund. Do not order flowers from this place. I was trying to use a local florist to be a good Sewickley native but have learned my lesson.
