Horrific experience. Within a week of moving in the reverse osmosis water filtration system (huge selling point for the house) broke. Just stopped working. When I called to inform them they said "oh, no problem, we'll come fix it". It was never fixed. It was removed. Several months later, a week before thanksgiving the stove stopped working. I called to report it immediately. I didn't get a replacement until the week after thanksgiving. Holiday ruined. But worst of all when it came time to move out I was locked out of my home prior to the agreed upon date and had several pieces of furniture and high end electronics STOLEN out of my home!! No signs of break in and the only other persons with access to the house were the PROPERTY MANAGERS. I called and emailed on numerous occasions but was told the house was empty when they entered. To top it all of they tried to stick me with the bill for the water filtration system at $6000!!! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have to block my number before calling or they won't pick up. If you can get someone on the phone they'll huff and puff at any minuscule request you make. If you have read all these terrible reviews and still choose to live in a home managed by this company...SHAME ON YOU.
