First and last time I will ever consider using this company. I didn't even get to ride a cab. Initially I was quoted 45 minutes to an hour. I called them back after 80 mins and was told I was taken off the list but that I'll be added back in as "high priority," meaning being "#1" on the list. 1 hour later, still no cab. I tried to be as patient as possible, but Desert Cab really pushes it. Called again and got hung up on for no reason. I figured I was simply taken off the list again, because I never heard back from anyone.
