Fetch is a wonderful service that we intend to use again. They had availability at relatively short notice, and were very reasonably priced. We met our cat's sitter (Victoria) and found her to be both a lovely person and very professional.
She sent us an update (with a photo!) during our trip, which was both reassuring and very considerate. Fetch is one of those services that once you use it, you wonder "how did I ever live without it?!"
The one small thing that took it to 4 stars (because 4.5 isn't an option) was that they do not accept online payments. Instead, you call with your credit card details or mail in a check. This is a very small thing, but calling a particular person is naturally a little less convenient (it has to be in their hours, and they might not be in their office).
Once again, I cannot wait to use Fetch again.
