I live in California, made a trip to Las vegas to see the show. Purchased tickets from groupon and rented hotel room and incurred multiple expenses for trip. Printed groupon voucher and went to box office to redeem tickets. Mind you me and the friends i am traveling with all took off work and invested in to this trip were turned away because there were no available seats. When we purchased the tickets we picked the date and time, also the area to sit in. The guy at box office was not helpful suggested i not buy tickets from groupon and showed me the number on my voucher to request a refund. Hello, your company lists with groupon to sell the tickets. Groupon has been no help i have to wait 24 to 72 hours to get an answer on a refund
