I was a loyal customer for years. They are affordable and convenient due to location/hours/parking. I am giving them 3 stars due to the way they handled the loss of my husbands shirts. The ONE time I throw away the receipt, his shirts go missing. They denied and turned the blame on me. My husband went in to ask if he could look through as he thought he saw them and they told him "no". Months later they miraculously turned up. They had been hanging in the place my husband had spotted! Just weird and frustrating...
