Layout isn't the best. Not enough free-weights/machines/overall designated area. The kids-club is an unorganized mess. Scan, Driver's License, and filling out paperwork every time. It's 2017, scanning with a photo ID matching your photo on their system should be enough (it works for all other gym's in the valley......). The staff cannot help you with anything related to billing and/or membership issues. They all defer to their 3rd party billing company or the GM. He's a good guy and does try to get things done but he's pulled in a million directions daily so it can be a bit hard to get things resolved.
