I've never written a bad review here or anywhere else. Go here as a last resort if you just want a new phone and nothing else. If you need any help with anything customer service related go to the corporate store right on Tatum and Shea. You'll most likely want to avoid this place unless it's an absolute emergency. The entire energy of the store feels slimy and predatory. I went in with a simple question, but since I was not there to buy a phone, I was perceived to be a complete waste of time for them. The person "helping" me did not try to hide her contempt very much. When the manager walked in, the rep said to him "nothing special, nothing special" in a manner that made me feel like I didn't even exist. This is not Verizon, it's a verizon contractor. They don't have authority to do much except sell you phone. Makes Verizon's name look bad.
