I have been here a few times and every time the experience has been just a-ok. Once there was no attendant, so I thought the place was closed and started to drive off but someone came running out to flag me down. Another time they tried to upsell me on a gift card/membership and when I declined, they were very cold to me. Typically, there are two attendants. Once you pay and one that tells you if the car is lined up correctly. It's an automated wash, so I know what to expect and don't have high expectations other than "clean car". Yes, several times after going through the dry portion my car hasn't been fully dried, but I can easily remedy that by hopping on the freeway. Additionally, there are free vacuums that can be used and that's nice. Overall, it's a convenient location and relatively easy to get my car clean.
