The main reason I have put 4 stars is that I am a brand new patient. I have been very pleased with Dr. Smith and his staff in the few months I have been a patient. I have had a crown, a filling, and cleaning done. All has gone well. The staff is always pleasant, they make efforts to get to know you, and you get the same person to clean your teeth each time. The person who cleans my teeth remembered chatting about animals, cats and dogs in particular and asked if I had gotten at cat since my last appt. I like when the staff knows you since it is a place you will be going yearly or 2x a year (for cleanings). Dr. Smith is very personable and, obviously, is good at what he does. I was referred to him by a friend, which I feel is the best reference (I have only be in AZ for 10 months). I am glad my friend made the referral. PS I had gone to the same dentist for 46 years before moving to AZ so a new dentist was a bit unnerving for me. Dr. Smith and his staff continue to make the transition a smooth one.
