I have been here a number of times and each time they do something wrong. It's ridiculous for the price we pay you would expect excellent service. Just these last three times I ordered pumpkin spice latte grande size and I don't want whip cream and one time they put it anyway, another time they didn't but they filled it 1/2 to 3/4 way only and one time they just pumped it with sweet stuff when I asked less sweetener. I don't go everyday but just a treat, and one of the reasons is you don't get what you pay for at this Starbucks, and they haven't once given my receipt unless I ask for it. I pay cash at this place and want my receipts.
