We had a very pleasant experience renting here. It was late at night so we had no wait time. The staff is great and very friendly. We where takin care of very promptly, and the lady helping us was very helpful. She never pressed on add-ons so I really liked that. Other people who where there seemed to be having a tough time with some staff but I was surprised that we didn't. The only reason I wouldn't give it the 5 stars would only be the condition the car was given to us. It was a little dirty inside and it had plenty of scratches on it. But beside these cosmetics the experience was great and since I opted for debit rental, I am 2 days in waiting for everything to process properly. Overall good experience. I would definitely rent again here.
