This is the second time Three King has been to my house to check on problems with my 24 year old furnace. I couldn't believe it -- this time the furnace stopped working at 2:30 a.m. on New Year's Eve, 2017. It was minus 23 degrees. I had to use my shabby electric back up heaters in the basement just to keep pipes from freezing. It was a crisis. Tim answered his phone on New Year's Day and came out that evening and fixed the problem. He is beyond awesome, and my 74 year old husband and I probably owe him our lives. He charged us an EXTREMELY reasonable rate for doing all that. Tim is a really competent HVAC serviceman and just a really great human being.
