We come here every single Sunday if not twice a week because we love it so much..today I went in and the girl was scratching her hair and rudely asked if I were ready. I answered m first order and then as I was ordering my second she rolled her eyes so I calmly said "I'm sorry I'm just trying to pull up my free upsize from the large" she said oh alright I'll do it and didn't wait for me to show her so I just paid as usual. No thanks, nothing. Then another girl gave me the sno and when I asked for another spoon she rolled her eyes as well. Not onl that but they didn't give me my free upsize. That didn't bother me as much as the rude unwelcoming service we received as we've never had this problem before with the other staff. Hope a manager was watching because it wasn't just to us.
