My dog and I are very sad that Alana is no longer working there...she was so good in making you feel welcomed. The new staff that you have are not welcoming. To me it makes us feel like we are just a number. If I had it my way I would bring her back because she made this Banfield one of the best. She was one of the main reasons I left another Banfield. So my first review was sincere because of how Alana made us feel. I don't know what happened to Alana and why she is no longer there but me and my dog is very sad. And I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that feels this way....I wish you luck in finding someone like Alana. Because your front desk can't hold a candle to her...COME BACK ALANA WE MISS YOU!!!
