This Kay Jewelers is probably one of the worst jewelry stores here in the valley. Every time I go in I'm booted to the side once they see I'm not purchasing. I went in to pick up my necklace last night and there were 4 or 5 employees working but yet they all were focused on one man buying a wedding set. Finally they come to me and just reached over the counter to grab my yellow repair slip. He took my jewelry out and stared at it about three different times just flipping it around until I finally asked if it was fixed. The man then barely spoke a word and told me they couldn't fix it and then took a long pause and just couldn't communicate well at all!
I strongly dislike this place and will never refer people to Kay.
