Drove from Michigan to purchase a used car from Volkswagen of Streetboro. As you can imagine, I had to pretty sure that I wanted this car before making the 8 hour trip. When I arrived, the staff was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. There were a few things at first glance wrong with the vehicle and they were happy to compensate with the price. When driving it home though, a few more issues came up. I contacted the dealership and made them aware of these issues, and after a few conversations, they were happy to take care of the issues that they missed during their inspection. Of course, I'm happy with the results, just wish I didn't have to go through the hassle. Overall, I'm glad that we were able to come to an agreement and I am happy with the car.
