This company is by far the worst I've ever worked with as a board member. The V.P. talks crap about his employees and about board members. The property managers we've had are either lazy or get away with absolutely no compliance. I drove the Community and it looks like crap. If you have this company bid for your property rip it up and run. City threatens properties that they'll sue if you leave. Read your Ccrs because they don't care how you interpret them. If you have vendors they don't like watch out for the negative comments and lies they will say about your vendors to get the board to fire them. I'd give them a negative 8 but that's not an option. Customer Service sucks and they don't answer the phones in a timely manner ever.
