I unfortunately didn't check Yelp before hiring this company. All of the madness that the reviewers outlined below happened to me:
-lazy movers who kept taking smoke breaks (the first of which was 30 minutes after they started). They laughed at me when I requested that they take fewer breaks.
-rude management when you call the number to complain
-my move took 7 HOURS for a 2 bedroom with 3 movers and that did NOT include set up - they literally just left the furniture scattered about in the new place but by that point I just wanted them to stop deliberately adding time to the bill so I was fine with that
-tons of hidden fees even though I specifically asked about this when I scheduled and was assured there were none
-they Saran wrapped everything which took forever and then they had the nerve to charge $60 additional for it.
Horrible company with ZERO ethics and they know it based on the attitude of management when I called to voice my concerns.
