If I could put zero stars I would. They have horrible customer service and Melissa is extremely rude when you're dealing with her for anything. They take over 4 weeks to get someone out to the property to fix anything. Not all property management companies are good, but this one is by far the worst I've ever dealt with in the past 30 years. Try to stay away from this property management if at all possible!!
