retail selection was alright, but 1star for the horrible unpleasant moody staff. i have never felt more ungreeted and snubbed in a Forever21 store like this. they mumble or point without a word at a question. they don't offer bags. they don't make an effort to help you with finding stuff, and brush you off with a barely audible "iono." i was already getting annoyed at that point that i had to stare one down to even get her off her kiester to check for a size availability. gone too long to check one dress when i see her gabbing her yapper off at the cashier. now i finally get to the cashier, where this girl smacking her gum drops/rolls her pen at me to sign the receipt. screw your store Arrowhead, you need to hire a more educated staff that can act nicer if not a teensy classier than the bunch you have. it's too bad bc maybe one or two people were nice there, and the rest of the sour bunch makes them look bad.
