I have heard a lot about the WB over the past couple months and jumped at the chance to be able to see culinary students giving their all.
Upon arrival I began to watch everyone to see what they were doing. Like any other students some work harder than others but everyone I think overall did their best to represent their school. There were smiles everywhere.
The food on the buffet line ($8.50) was pretty damn good. It's not like a typical Vegas buffet; the portions are smaller, the presentation simple but the quality and care in preperation was outstanding.
The asparagus, chicken marsala, apricot pork medallions and the talapia...Oh, the talapia in the magic sauce...awesome. Three trips awesome.
