Very disappointed!!! Scheduled an appointment online for a couples massage for 11am on Tuesday, October 11th. They emailed a confirmation at 8:30am, I show up with my girlfriend to get our massage and no one is here or answering the phone.
Their hours say they would be open at 9am and there's no body here, and it's now 11:15am. Just checked my appointment and it was changed to 25th and at noon. With out anyone calling or emailing to ask if that is ok or even tel us they need to change the appointment.
Why would you ever send a reminder and then cancelled with out telling the customer all in the same day?
Will make sure not to come back to this place after how disorganized and unprofessional this experience has been.
