I've been training with Sidney for 3 years, and I couldn't be happier with my results. Sidney is full of knowledge and knows how to help his clients obtain quick results. He truly understands how the female body works. Sidney challenges me and pushes me beyond my comfort zone to help me reach my potential everyday, while providing motivation and encouragement. One thing I have found hard to find with other trainers is the proper balance of attentiveness, direction and reinforcement while also knowing when to call you out on what they know you are capable of doing better. Sidney definitely has the right combination.
