We had a good experience with Baker Bros. Flooring, with one issue.
We were in the market to replace some "builders carpet" with hardwood flooring and stopped in to the Mesa location one day as we were driving by. The selection of products was very good and the pricing, while not inexpensive, seemed reasonable for what we wanted.
At the time of the purchase we scheduled the installation for several weeks out to allow for delivery of the product and working into our travel schedule. When it came to the scheduled time for installation, I followed up to verify the plan. It turned out that the install had not been entered into their schedule. It ended up happening a few days later than planned.
The installers were great and finished three rooms in one day with high quality.
Overall the experience was good, I would advise that you stay on top of the installation schedule.
