Really bad lunch service for a downtown restaurant ..... my colleagues and I went for lunch and it was first come first serve seating . We were seated upstairs and no waiter or waitress came for about 15 minutes , so I decided to go find menus and a waiter . The waitress never came but a nice bartender came to take our drinks and order . So finally two if my colleagues had to leave after waiting for our order for more than an hour . We at that point called a manger and discussed our concern and then WE had to tell them to comp us for our food ... I fee the manager should've of known to offer us that or come to our table to acknowledge the wait at least ... I am bummed to write this review because the food was very good . I will try again another time .
