Everyone at this studio is incredibly kind and nice. The culture of the staff seems positive and grateful. Amber is probably the instructor I feel I can follow along with easiest, but all of them are amazing. The choreography can be confusing if you aren't used to this kind of workout but you are still crushing calories if you are doing it exactly to the beat or not.
There's one particular staff member, I don't know his name but he always compliments my top and gives me that wonderful cold scented towel after class. He makes me feel so good because my primary reason for going to the studio is to lose weight and feel good. Thank you.
XCycle is impeccably clean. They have thought of everything you might need. The showers are fully stocked. There's even an phone charging station inside the lockers. It is obvious the staff takes pride in the business.
If you are interested in taking a class here I wouldn't hesitate. Just remember to wear the ear plugs because it loud.
