The technicians are constantly changing and not trained in what to look for or treat...We cancelled service after the technician dumped a bunch of chlorine tablets into the pool causing chlorine foam on top of the pool and was completely dirty- after he supposedly had already been there to clean it!! When I called to complain I never received a call back from anyone!! And the front office lady told me that's common in the extreme heat to lose chlorine so rapidly...Ummm really?! She sounded as stupid as the technicians...We hired this company on a weekly basis and I doubt that in 6 days the pool goes from normal to "0" on the readings...My husband emailed to stop service after we hired someone else to tell us the reason we were reading "0" for chlorine was because we have a leak!! Our new person advised us to do the bucket test and it proved we did in fact have a leak...So who knows for how long this has been going on but had the technicians at The Pool Agency been trained in anything, they would be looking further at our readings instead of just coming in every week and shocking the pool! Terrible service and even worse in their knowledge!! When we first moved in we hired them to do "Pool School" in which the guy trying to "teach us" was actually less informed than my husband! It was so embarrassing to watch him fumble over how to use our system that I walked away after listening to him for 10 minutes- I should have known then that these people don't know what they are doing!! Use them at your own risk
