Had this exact problem at Waxhaw. Paid $23 with tip for an exterior special with tire gloss. The Double Poly Process light never lit up and didn't look like it was spraying. Talked to the manager who said "the light must be out." I politely asked him to fix the bulb because I paid $20 for a full exterior wash. He looked at me like I was speaking Chinese and said 'yeah man we will take care of it.' Again, if it wasn't a company car and free for me...I would do the $9 FULL WASH at Shell and carry a towel in the car to dry myself. Sadly, Auto Bell has changed dramatically in the 27 years I have been coming here. 3 stars for the guy who did a great job in drying and tire gloss.
