I'm a firm believer that you have to give credit where credit is due...and shout out to Laticia. She was mopping the floors for at least an hour as well as cleaning every machine by hand. All of the other staff members were standing around talking and not paying attention to guests or the cleaning. Laticia is the oldest employee there and was doing the most work. She was inspirational!
