I am so shocked at the bad reviews. I was so happy here and the only reason I left was because I moved out of state. I had the BEST apartment and best neighbors. I got REALLY lucky. I never saw a single bug dead or alive. I faced out to the tennis courts and the ONLY complaint I had was the loud screaming hollering older kids who thought the tennis court was a playground. I had trees that completely surrounded my unit (I was in an upstairs 1 bed/bath) and that REALLY helped my energy bill stay lower than in my previous apartments without all the shade from the trees. I was in building 15. Kevin and Rick (maintenance) were always so helpful and fixed everything right away. I literally hugged my apartment walls and cried when I was leaving. I lived in 4 other apartments and this was my best experience. I was in the perfect location on the property and felt very safe. I also loved having retired neighbors, they were clean and quiet and watched everything. It was awesome. Everyone has a different experience living in the same complex and honestly, if I had, had noisy neighbors below me or behind me, my review may not be so stellar. So take that into consideration when reading reviews.
