I got a lash lift (most severe curl and lift) my lashes are great. I had Polina At the yorkville location! She's very nice and talked me through what she was doing as she was doing it.
I'm giving it a "lower" rating only because when I initially called to make my appointment no one answered the phone. I tried 5 times and it took forever. So I called the queen location and they booked it for me.
The day of the appointment I was very early and called ahead to see if they had any earlier spots and could accommodate me. They said my stylist was booked back to back and that there was no one who could. Which I think is understandable.
However I got to my appointment half an hour early and my stylist wasn't there yet. She walked in 2 minutes before my appointment time started.
Now do not get me wrong, I understand that she's just coming in but I would rather the receptionist tell me that she hasn't started for the day yet or whatever it was rather than telling me she was booked back to back. I just felt it was a bit dishonest. I work in a hair salon and people totally understand if they can't be accommodated earlier because their stylist wasn't there yet.
Also I found it awkward that the other stylist just stood close by gossiping about a client (my eyes were closed so my hearing heightened)
