I backed my Xterra into my girlfriend's Passat, and I took both the vehicles to Renew on the recommendation of my insurance company. Renew works closely with this particular insurer, and that part was quite easy. We were able to pick up a rental car easily enough, too. The repairs, once they were completed, were very good, and the cars were returned to us after high quality detailings. The only speed bumps came with the Xterra (one day later than promised, because the wrong part had been sent to Renew), and the Passat. The Passat's repair dragged on for a bit because of extraneous circumstances. There were a couple overshot deadlines, and when we took the car back, there was an airbag light on that had been triggered when the doors were removed. We had to go to the dealer to have the airbag light reset, and that took a couple of days, but Renew covered the cost of that repair and rental. We also had to have a door handle replaced, and that part took a while to come in, and get painted. Altogether, the delays notwithstanding, I would recommend Renew. Stuff happens, and sometimes a repair will run into complications, I know. The important thing is that the folks at Renew were determined that we would ultimately be 100% satisfied with our repairs, and ultimately, we were.
