Let me first say the casino is large and we enjoyed the oyster restaurant but that was about it.
1. Booked reservation for King size was told by front desk nope only had 2 queens. Well okay...
2. No newspaper, just no forget we said we give them out to our guesy was promptly directed to gift shop. Well okay...
3. Decide to take a afternoon nap...nope alarm was going off in a hall or a room called 0 no response got hold music, questioned self why i was still in building hung up...
4. I find a lost child bring to front desk,clueless clerk doesn't call room when child gives her the # just questions name on screen doesnt match childs.Easy fix call room?? No call security to ask what to do. So Security guard is thinking for 5 mins...he says well just call the room first... wow that was easy.
5. 1155pm people next room over are really loud talkers or the walls are thin. Thanks buddy enjoyed his conversation about bathroom problems. Romantic...
6. Rooms a/c unit sounds like it's struggling for air then dies 2am...
7. Beds were very uncomfortable hard on sides bouncy in the middle weird...
8. Oh and when checking in there is a $100 deposit that was a nice surprise....
