I went in today to pick up my ring from having warranty work, the sales manager took my claim check and then answered the phone and spent her time chatting to a customer while we waited. The sales rep took my check and brought over my ring when it was apparent that the manager was too busy. I stepped outside for a moment and when I walked back in my husband had signed for the ring and I put it on. I had them clean another ring and while we were waiting the sales manager spoke to the rep as though we weren't present and asked her "is this Abby's signature?" I answered no and she continued to speak to the rep and ignore me, "well abby needs to sign this". The rep was great and pleasant but store management needs some work.
